My friend called me in tears after they installed new tires ($600) told her she need new brake pads and rotors ($450) turned out they had looked at brakes on another persons car.... Then got the road hazard coverage on new tires (void if tires wear unevenly) they told her she didnt need an alignment (which she did) so that they wouldnt have ro honor thier extended warranty on the tires. Highly advise to avoid this place
