Great place to go workout and relive some stress. They have an awesome staff and friendly trainers. Affordable meal plans that actually works I lost 63lbs. in 7 months. I will be 30 in a couple of weeks and I'm in the best shape of my life. Thanks to Nathan, Maloney and everyone at the gym.
There are trainers on sight. the staff are all knowledgeable and easy to work with. lots of machines and free weights. I find that a lot of my friends are there. great for all ages.

Only gym in the area still has only been around for a few years. Slowly attaining more and newer equipment as they go. Considering Planet Fitness prices are so much lower it's almost worth the drive past this gym.
